Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with our renowned specialist experience. Simply order your items on line, select Click & Collect and arrange a time that’s convenient for you.
We’d alway advise giving us a call directly prior to ordering as we can chat through any questions you might have, you might fancy video call to run through the bike in question and see it in the flesh before visiting or chat through any available dates we have bikes coming in.
When buying a bike from us and you collect it in store you’ll be confident that all aspects of your bike is set up by our experts , this includes bike set up and familiarisation where we will set the bike up for you making any specific adjustments to your personal requirements, we will analyse your position and review your personal preferences to include stem positioning, seat and seat-post set up, all controls and basic suspension set up. With an e-bike purchase we will give you a comprehensive familiarisation and/or test ride with our experts to ensure you are 100% satisfied and leave our hub completely at ease with your purchase.
When buying locally you’ll also receive three free services. We recommend the first check service at 300 miles (or 6 weeks) and the second at around 1000 miles (or 12 months). And then the third service before 24 months or at 2000 miles.
In addition we get to put a face to a name and become part of the True North family where we are here to look after your bike into the future.

Use our website to browse our catalogue of products with stock availability. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket like you usually would.
- Checkout using Click & Collect
Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. We will then arrange with you a convenient time for you to pick up your bike and allow time for the bike set up and familiaristaion.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For items in stock at time of order, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.
For items that are on back-order we will contact you and keep you informed of your orders status. We have all been affected by supply and demand issues caused by Covid-19 and as such we do not have control of timescales and dates often do improve but similarly can go back.
For items which are with our distributors your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website and through regular updates by ourselves.
For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you’ve ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.
Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.
We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact us and we will happily extend this time where possible.
Please contact the store you have chosen to collect from in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection.
