When will my assembled bike be delivered?
We are dispatching bikes within 1-3 working days of your order and/or we will contact you to arrange a specific date that suits your schedule for being at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
How will my bike be delivered to me?
We supply all bikes fully checked, tested in line with our strict PDI proceedures. Due to current restictions on courier services most of our bikes especially e-bikes will arrive boxed and once removed from this transit box only the simple attachment of the pedals and the installation of the handlebars onto the stem will be required. Please carefully unpack your bike and keep the packaging and box incase you should need to return the bike.
Due to not being able to fully build the bike we cannot be held responsible for the set up of the final set up and if unsure we recommend you have this set up by a qualified mechanic.
For electric bike orders we will always email our customers with the expected date of despatch to ensure that the date of delivery will be suitable prior to despatch.
We cannot instruct our couriers to leave an item in a safe place or without signature.
How will I know when to expect my item(s)?
Your email address is recorded during the ordering process and we will inform you when your item(s) are dispatched, with bikes we will also issue a courier tracking number (please note the above detail regarding built to order / assembled items). At check out you have an option for next day delivery or 2-3 day delivery, bikes can only be sent on next day delivery, although these time frames may be affected due to courier volumes, so keep a check on your tracking number.

We use TNT for our courier service, from time to time we may use a different courier if it means getting the parcel to you faster.
All our courier service providers provide delivery updates via Email/SMS You will be able to track the status of your order using the link.
Click and Collect – Free
True North Deliver & Build – £35.00
To ensure you get the very best service and receive your bike in a safe and secure manner we offer click and collect from our cycle hub or we will use our trusted couriers to deliver your bike.
At an extra cost we also offer our bespoke ‘deliver and build’ service for addresses within 60 miles of ST13. (Contact us directly for distances greater than 60 miles)
If you choose our deliver and build service you will recieve our full set up service at your delivery address. We will deliver your bike fully inspected and in full working condition. We will set up the bike for your personal set up or for predetermined parameters if the bike is for someone else. You’ll recieve our usual excellent service by one of our trained technicians and ensure your bike is perfectly set up, with no nasty surprises and give you a full familiarisation of the bike and in the case of an e-bike a full explanation of all the controls and how to care for your bike.
Note: The charge applies even if bike is not delivered due to customer not being at location at agreed date and time slot.

*Bike orders shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man via courier will be subject to an additional £35 delivery charge.

Orders placed before 2:30pm we will aim to dispatch the following working day. Any orders received on a Friday will be delivered Monday, this does not apply to bikes or ebikes as we do not allow bikes/ebikes to sit at the courier depots during the weekend (due to damage/theft/loss). Bikes and ebikes will only be collected Monday – Thursdays for next day delivery.
For most items, if we do not immediately have stock available you will see the approximate lead time or date when the product is expected with us on the product page before you add the item to your cart. These lead times assume our suppliers have stock available. When this is not the case we will contact you to advise of any delays to your order, otherwise – please wait the time specified before asking us where your order is.
Some items shown on our website are in stock with our suppliers, these items will take slightly longer to arrive.
Once your order is dispatched by our team, you will receive an email with a tracking number which allows you to track your order through our collectpro service provider or we will contact you to discuss our deliver and build option on e-bikes.
Whilst we try to hold good general stock of Yeti, Haibike, Focus, Fantic, Mondraker, Lapierre and Raleigh E these premium brands are always in very high demand and your order may be subject to varying lead times accordingly dependant on model, size etc. Some parts and accessories may also be subject to slightly longer than expected leadtimes in the rare event that our suppliers are also out of stock.

Where the finance option through Klarna is used for mail order purchases, the goods must be delivered to the customer’s home address as per the credit agreement. Goods sold in this way cannot be subsequently collected in-store or delivered to any address other than that shown as the current address on the credit agreement. Goods can only be delivered to the person named on the agreement or a family member of that person.
Delivery attempts, Non delivery & Cards
You will receive email notification of despatch on all items, these cannot be left safe in any location or any other address. This is to protect both ourselves and our customers in these challenging times.
If no one is available your parcel will not be left, you will need to follow the procedure for arranging non delivery, as detailed on the card.
Any additional payments for non delivery will be down to the customer to pay.
