Ebike Service Centre

We are an approved ebike service centre and specialist, based at the bottom of Wharncliffe Woods, Sheffield. That, and our ebike mechanics Jaime and Joe are electric wizards. They've been working on ebikes since they first entered the UK market with Haibike and Diamond Back back in 2015. There's little they don't know about ebikes.

We’ve seen it all, don’t panic, if your ebike has a problem or goes into error, bring it down and we can get this diagnosed quickly for you. If it can be repaired we can get this sorted for you and get you back on your bike as quickly as possible.

Fully approved and trained with diagnostic tools for Bosch, Yamaha, Shimano, Brose, Fazua and Mahle ebikemotion.

S1 E-Bike

  • Full bike check over, check for damage & alignment
  • Bolt and torque check
  • Check wheels and tyres
  • Index gears and align brakes
  • Forks wiped and checked for damaged, pitting and alignment
  • Check motor bolts
  • Visible wiring check
  • Battery connection/terminal check
  • Check speed sensor magnet
  • Diagnose and update software

S2 E-Bike

  • As S1 plus
  • Drivetrain degrease, lube and refit
  • Wheel hub check and adjust
  • Rear drop out alignment if required
  • True wheels if required (basic true)

S3 E-Bike

  • As S2 plus
  • Brake strip down and service
  • Hubs stripped and serviced
  • Gear cables and dropper cables replaced
  • Full strip down degrease and refit

S4 E-Bike

  • As S3 plus
  • Full hydraulic brake service including calliper and lever
  • Check suspension pivot bearings for wear and movement
