Many ebike manufacturers have used a handlebar clamp methodology to site the Kiox 300 display. Some riders find this quite a vulnerable position for the display, especially in the unfortunate case of an O.T.B.
The Bosch E-Stem 300 fixes directly into the stem cap, and comes with mount, stem bolt and Bosch front interface plug. Allowing the display position to be centrally mounted. It looks much neater and tidier on your ebike. But, also less exposed.
The front interface plug is required. Most OEM mounts come utilising the rear interface plug. However, by bringing the mount inbound and changing to the front plug it ensures the cables are still long enough.
It’s not designed to be bike brand specific. It’s designed purely for the Bosch Kiox 300 display. So regardless of ebike the Bosch E-Stem 300 will work with any new Bosch Smart System motor and Kiox 300 display.
